The South Coffeyville Area Development Authority is accepting proposals for the procurement of professional general contractor for biddable plans and specifications for the construction of a strip mall and/or restaurant location in The Town of South Coffeyville.

The town seeks to hire a General Contractor that can then oversee the bidding process.
