PLEASE NOTE:  Applications must be filled out for all services to determine eligibility.

Community Action offers a Weatherization program

Vouchers for the Community Thanksgiving Meal on 11/28/2019 from 11 am – 1 pm at the Nowata Fairgrounds are available.

Toy Room List for Christmas Gift Assistance
(NOTE:  Only eligible if not already on the Angel Tree list.  Not every person is guaranteed a spot.  This is based on first come first serve basis and may be a cut-off depending on the number of families in need)

This office also gives assistance to anyone looking for employment or in need of assistance with online applications or preparing a resume.

Currently, they are looking for volunteers to ring bells for the Salvation Army Red Kettle.  1-hour time slots are available.  Groups are welcome!  Note: all donations stay in Nowata County to assist with needy families in the area.  Please call if you are looking for ways to help.
