South Coffeyville City Wide Cleanup
Date: Saturday, April 21st 2018
Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Where: 207 W. Broadway ( in front of Maintenance barn near Gibbs Hall building)
Info: Waste Connections has been contracted by the Town of South Coffeyville to conduct a citywide cleanup. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with tree limb disposal from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The Town of South Coffeyville offers this event to assist residents in disposing of unwanted items that are not typically collected with weekly residential service. This year’s event will take place at the lot in front of Maintenance barn next to Gibbs Hall, 207 W. Broadway.
To access the disposal site, residents will utilize the block of Shawnee between Broadway and 7th Street. The Maintenance Department will be directing vehicles to the disposal area, and assisting with heavy items along with tree limb disposal (limbs must be smaller than 12 inches in diameter and a length that can be easily handled). There also will be a trailer for scrap metal. Residents will be required to show proof of address to gain access to the disposal area. To keep residents and employees safe during this busy event, residents are asked to cooperate with directions. Residents are urged not to overload bags and containers beyond their ability to manage. All residents and vehicles enter the disposal area at their own risk. The Town of South Coffeyville will not be responsible for any damage to residents’ vehicles during the unloading process.
As always, residents are asked for their patience during the unloading process. The Town’s first priority is the safety of the public and its employees.
This service is available for The Town of South Coffeyville’s residents only. No commercial vehicles or hauling will be accepted.
