All new accounts, transfers, or reconnects of currently disconnected accounts must be done in person at South Coffeyville City Hall, 419 South Willow South Coffeyville, OK 74072. Please read the checklists below to help you gather the required documents and payments that you’ll need to bring with you to City Hall to start your utility services.

What to bring with you to city hall
Bring with you to City Hall
- Driver’s license
- Copy of rental agreement or buyer’s agreement
- Money for deposit (Cash, Check or Money Order)
- Buyer’s deposit $130.00 or Renter’s deposit $250.00
Once you get to City Hall
- Go to front sliding window and wait to be attended to
- Provide all of the items you prepared before coming to City Hall
- Fill out utility application at City Hall

During Business Hours
If you are disconnected, there is a $100.00 reconnect fee added to your bill if it is reconnected DURING normal business hours. Please call city hall, (918) 255-6045.
After Business Hours
After business hours, there is a $100.00 reconnect fee and you must contact the Maintenance Department’s After Hours Hotline, 620-515-6060
