The Town of South Coffeyville Municipal Court is held the last Thursday of every month at 1:00 pm (excluding holidays) at City Hall, 419 Willow Street. Please check your ticket for your exact court date. If you have any questions, please call the Court Clerk’s Office at (918) 255-6045
Your court date is set by the officer who gives you the citation. Only the Judge can change your court date. Written request and proper documentation are required for the Judge to consider your request.
South Coffeyville Police Officers are cross deputized with the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service. This cross-deputization enables the SCPD the ability to not only continue to serve the safety and well-being of South Coffeyville citizens, but also, the ability to help the Cherokee Nation in securing its sacred lands, properties, and people in the South Coffeyville area.
